Let’s meet on Tuesday (Feb 14) to assess progress on issue resolutions and discuss next steps. I will send the agenda shortly. From: Ram Jeyaraman Sent: Tuesday, February 07, 2012 8:20 AM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: Agenda for AMQP TC meeting 2012.02.07 From today’s TC meeting, we identified the following next steps leading up to our next meeting on Feb 14th: · Issue processing o Editors will incorporate resolutions to issues: AMQP-50, AMQP-51, AMQP-52, AMQP-53, AMQP-55. o John O’Hara will address the issue AMQP-56. o TC will review the incorporated resolutions to the aforementioned issues. · Preparation of the Committee Specification Draft (CSD) and Committee Specification Public Review Draft (CSPRD) packages o Editors will prepare CSD and CSPRD packages. o TC to review the CSD and CSPRD packages o Aim to approve packages as early as Feb 14 th if not by Feb 21 st . In the next several days, as the editors incorporate the issue resolutions and produce the CSD and CSPRD packages, I request the TC members to carefully review the specification and the packages to ensure they are of good quality before we approve the specification as a CSD and initiate public review on Feb 14 th or Feb 21 st . Following that, the editors are planning on preparing the CSD and CSPRD packages, if possible, by Feb 7 th . Assuming that happens, we might be ready to approve the CSD and CSPRD packages on Feb 7 th . So, please plan on attending the TC meeting on Feb 7 th so we can advance the specification to CSD and onto public review! Thanks. Process any new issues that may arrive before the meeting [at this time we don’t expect any] Preparations for approving Committee Specification Draft (CSD) If all issues have been closed and the TC is convinced of the quality of the specification and its readiness for CSD and public review, then Editors to produce CSD version of the specification and package it along with sources, etc. Editors to produce the Committee Specification Public Review Draft (CSPRD) package.
