The first motion [1] is to approve the latest Working Draft as Committee Specification Draft 02. The second motion [2] is to approve Committee Specification Draft 02 as Committee Specification Public Review Draft 02 and initiate 15 days of public review. Both these ballots require a Full Majority (more than 50% of all voting members) to vote YES. To clarify, the TC may, over time, approve any number of Committee Specification Drafts. The particular Committee Specification Draft that is approved to go to public review is called a Committee Specification Public Review Draft. At this time, we intend to approve Committee Specification Draft 02 as Committee Specification Public Review Draft 02 and use it for public review.
