Andreas, I acknowledge receipt and confirm your leave of absence. Given the date on your notice below, the earliest your leave of absence can begin (no earlier than 7 days from the date of notice) is July 11 and will end on July 30 th (including) per your notice. Your leave of absence (July 11 through July 30) will be recorded in the minutes of the next TC meeting on July 10 th . During your leave of absence (July 11 through July 30) you won’t have voting rights. At the end of your leave (July 30), you will regain voting rights. I will update the roster accordingly during the period of your absence. During the intended period of absence (July 11 through July 30), if you participate in a TC meeting or vote in a TC ballot, your leave of absence will end on that day. Cheers.
