OK, I think most people have responded either via e-mail or the doodle. There's a couple of people for whom the first week is either impossible or less preferred; and a couple of preferences for Newcastle as a location... So, would Tue 12th Dec - Thu 14th Dec in Newcastle work for everybody? I'm keen to get this nailed down this week.
