Rob Godfrey Document Name : Scheduling Message Delivery by Store- and-forw Intermediaries in AMQP Version 1.0 Description The Advanced Message Queuing Protocol is an open internet protocol for business messaging.
When sending a message, there may be valid business reasons why the sender does not wish the message to be processed by a receiver until some point in the future.
This specification provides a standardized mechanism for a sender to request that such a delivery delay takes place, and for an intermediary to advertise that it supports this capability.
