Submitter's message Working draft 2 adds two sections pertaining to conformance. Two new slots for text are opened-- one for security considerations and one (appendix) for an illustration of a conforming API for the core conformance level. TC can suggest what security points need or deserve mention on the next call. The bibliographic section has been enlarged and in the next working draft the in-line references back to the items will be added.
