Hi Ken - On the namespace note below, the info you link to is out of date. (I'll have to flag it in some way to indicate that.) Following this guideline a suggestion for namespace declaration could be " http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/bdxr/smp/201404 " To move the normative definitions from appendix A to a section within the specification.
