MEETING MINUTES OF BDXR TC MEETING 6 AUGUST 2014 ATTENDANCE Kenneth Bengtsson (chair) Sander Fieten Sven Rasmussen Klaus Vilstrup TC VOTE: FULL MAJORITY VOTE ON WHETHER TO APPROVE THE CURRENT WORKING DRAFT OF THE SERVICE METADATA PUBLISHER SPECIFICATION AS A COMMITTEE DRAFT SPECIFICATION Membership voting status is determined by the following: https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#membership https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/membership.php?wg_abbrev=bdxr Current voting members from list above: Jens Aabol Kenneth Bengtsson Sander Fieten Sven Rasmussen It was established that a quorum had been reached with 75% participation of voting members. Jens Aabol sent his regrets by email and indicated his support for approving the SMP specification as committee draft specification and to  initiate a public review (). Sven Rasmussen made a motion to vote for the current draft of the Service Metadata Publisher specification and SML schema to become Committee Draft Specification. The motion was seconded by Kenneth Bengtsson. Sander Fieten made a motion to commence an initial 30-day public review of the above Committee Draft Specification. The motion was seconded by Kenneth Bengtsson. All present members approved of the motion. ANY OTHER BUSINESS It was agreed to put the regular conference call schedule on hold during the 30-day public review of the SMP specification. Any TC member who wishes to have a TC meeting during this time is more than welcome to notify the TC mailing list or the TC chair to resume regular conference call schedule.
