Two comments,  one serious and one minor: 1)   In section 3.2.1,  the prescribed signature and digest algorithms for SMP mandate the use of SHA1.   SHA1 is deprecated due to security issues (see guidelines from ENISA, NIST and others) and is being phased out,  you should move to e.g. SHA256. 2)   Looking at http://docs.oasis-open.org/bdxr/ , we see BDX-Location but bdx-smp ,  could they be either both uppercase or lowercase? Sorry for not spotting this before.
