Can't the types be merged (without changing the element names)? The choice of a layered modeling approach is the result of the decision to use CCTS. It is not required to use the TC schemas for production. They are supplied for conformance purposes only. The proposed model suggests that only a REST binding is considered. Agreed to progress with prose specification and to review the option of defining alternative bindings as work progresses.
