Hi I would suggest brown-backgrounds and yellow/orange letters (combination of 1 and 4). So both logo and letters in yellow/organge. I know that's not an easy task to decide/agree for a specific logo for the CACAO but here are some design alternatives I came up tonight. Please find attached a .PNG file with some explanations.
