List of eligible voting members for the CES-TC inaugural meeting

The following individuals have joined the CES-TC as of 21 August 2023 and are eligible to vote at the TC's first meeting on 28 August 2023. Should any individual listed above not attend the first meeting, they will need to attend two consecutive meetings of the Technical Committee before gaining voting rights. MarkMail, a mailing-list search service launched by MarkLogic in 2007 as a showcase for its XML full-text search engine, indexed these OASIS archives for many years. It was retired in 2024 following MarkLogic’s acquisition by Progress Software; markmail.org is offline and any markmail.org links in archived messages are no longer functional.
