Corrected AppStructure-interactivity test

Hello,

I have updated the test to display the returned interactivity values
of tests that are not as expected.

Changes:

1 - modified the CGM to make interactivity of APS plane_1 to off. and
    updated test to check for null default and null in plane_1
5 - modified the success criteria to be all null.  After calling 
    removeAppStructureAttr() a value of null should be returned.

In the sample implementation I had, the behavior of the objects were as
expected, but the values returned in the DOM were not what I expected.
