[chairs] OASIS Kavi training schedule

OASIS TC Chairs:

Just a reminder that we have scheduled training on the Kavi system on 
the following date/times:

     Friday 7 February, 6:00 am PT / 9 am ET
                -- best for east coast and Europe
     Wednesday 12 February, 1:00 pm PT / 4 pm ET
                -- best for west coast, Australia

I will send out more information in the next day or two for login etc. 
for the webcast, but I wanted to remind you about this schedule. Please 
make sure that either you or the TC secretary can participate in this 
training.

The Kavi software has been installed on OASIS servers and is now being 
tested. OASIS staff is working this week to get member accounts created 
for as many people as we have information for (that's why I was asking 
for your help with the TC rosters), create the 50 OASIS TCs on the Kavi 
system, and put the TC list subscribers into the TC page. Once you have 
completed the chair training I'll ask you to go into your new TC page, 
verify the member roster for your TC, assign other roles (e.g. 
secretary, editor, etc.) and create subcommittees (if you have any). 
I'll provide more information on this when we get there.
