As discussed previously, the Process Committee would like to invite  
chairs and other interested OASIS folks to a meeting to discuss the  
concerns regarding the changes to the TC Process Policy. As I said we  
have divided the concerns into three areas:

1. Public Review Requirement for Committee Note Drafts
2. Templates
3. Approved Errata

We will devote this call to topic #1, and only move onto #2 (and #3)  
if we exhaust #1. I'll schedule future calls as necessary.

I encourage those of you who have specific concerns to come prepared  
to present them broken down by issue/sub issue if that is possible.

The purpose of the call is firstly to give us (the Process Committee)  
the opportunity to listen, and secondarily to discuss. It is not my  
expectation that we will come up with a/o agree on solutions, though  
that would be nice. We will schedule followups as necessary, either  
public or private as needed.

I would really like to encourage those of you who already have  
commented on the email list a/o know what you want to say to write it  
down in a short email, using whatever template you'd like ;-), and  
send it to me a/o the list so it can be available ahead of time.
Even if you don't have the inclination/time to do that, please email  
me if you wish speak in the section 3, so i can "pre-load" the queue.

Please stick to the topic.

       I'll be brief and assume you've all read the relevant sections

time if you wish to speak)
