In RPE we had a SHALL NOT against the IDA:
"Use any information collected from callers to the IDA service to identify likely commercial links between ecosystem members." It's missing an associated principle/ Paul commented: "We discussed this last year: IDA could collect stats on service provider or data engine calls in a time period but not in such a way as to determine that X probably uses Y as its data engine."
I have deleted the entry and proposed this issue.
