Stan: Test the WebEx URLs in the meeting invitation; update
      as necessary before the next meeting. 

Keith/Bob: Post the final "XML Mention" whitepaper to the
           public ATC site. DONE.

Chris: Integrate final comments to the CSH paper and submit to the
       ATC next meeting. 

Keith: Continue to integrate tech comments and feedback to reviewers. 

Stan: Budget some serious discussion time at the next ATC meeting to
      our list of potential whitepapers/blogs.

Stan: Finalize plans for the August 10 Metro-West Listening Session.

Keith: Continue planning work for the Toronto Listening Session.

JoAnn/Kathy: Continue planning work for the Silicon Valley 
             Listening Session.

Stan: Contact Kris about her interests in organizing a listening
      session in the RTP area.

Keith: Continue planning work for the Waterloo/Kitchener Listening
       Session.
       - Co-chairing with Rob Hanna

JoAnn/Kathy: Continue planning work for the Denver-area Listening 
             Session.

Stan: Create a public web page for each planned listening 
      session. 

Keith/Don: Continue the UI site review for dita.xml.org. 

JoAnn/Stan: Do a concall to work out the Twitter account for the
            ATC (dita_adopt).

Stan: Tweet about the posted XML Mention whitepaper.

Stan: Create a standard agenda item about things to tweet.
