A. Adoption Initiatives - Futures (Keith)

1. DITA Spec translations
   a. Keith shared with the group the current status of
      DITA spec translations:
      - Japanese - DITA 1.2
      - French - DITA 1.0 or 1.1
      - German 
   b. The group gave Keith support and approval to move 
      forward in exploring expanded translations of the spec. 
2. DXO (dita.xml.org)
   - See below
3. Promoting and recruiting Adoption
   a. Strategies for reaching out to non-OASIS members
   b. Soliciting feedback, comments, and examples from the
      community would be one possibility.
   c. Communicating more frequently with user groups
      would be another.

AI/Stan - Contact Jane about keeping the conditionalized
content on the agenda.

B. Listening Sessions

AI/Stan - Many updates for the listening sessions home page
for listening sessions:

AI/Scott - send Kathy and Keith some listening session information
about the Seattle and Kirkland sessions. 

AI/Kathy - send an email to CIDM contacts in the Seattle area 
promoting the listening session.

AI/Group - brainstorm at subsequent meetings about using the 
the Tuesday listening session at DITA North America in April.
