b) Discussion and status on the Strawman proposals: Are we ready to make any top-level decisions about a DITA design for learning content?

* Do we have general consensus on a top-level model?
* Can we state an initial set of information types for RIOs and structures for organizing them?

* Can we develop an action plan for making decisions about SCORM, navigation/sequencing, and QTI interactions?
* Are we ready to identify specific action items and assignments? 

c) Decisions on next steps on the proposals.

d) Identification of action items to support next steps or further information gathering or discussion needed.

4) Close and adjourn.
