Subject: Notifying DITA TC members of OASIS IPR policy

To conform to the OASIS TC Process, we must submit "A statement from the
chair of the TC certifying that all members of the TC have been provided
with a copy of the OASIS IPR Policy."

In compliance with this, I direct your attention to the OASIS IPR Policy
provided on the OASIS web site at:

http://www.oasis-open.org/who/intellectualproperty.php

This email is intended for the purpose of satisfying this OASIS
requirement.
