Logging some more for sake of completeness:

 * Need to get all dependent DTD/Schema updates for 1.1 into a working
model as soon as possible.
   (needed for the Bookmap team to be able to develop the element reference
docs, for example)

This will be needed for the <data> and <unknown> new elements as well.

 * Because we are adding new elements into the existing core specification,
we will need to also update those maps and reproduce a new version of the
1.1 language spec enfolding the new langref topics. (implicit editing work
unit)
