possible spec update to include in DITA 1.2

In addition to navtitle/locktitle are there other attributes that occur on the map element or its specializations that are in the same situation as locktitle (the value isn't inherited by descendants and doesn't have much meaning on its own on the map element itself). There are three attributes in this category: collection-type, locktitle, and chunk. And we've dealt with chunk already, so that leaves just collection-type and locktitle. paul >
