Add a windowdef element (none or many), which stores window configuration information, such as window size, position, border width, button and menu layout, etc. The windowref element would need attributes for: . name (string) . left (integer) . top (integer) . height (integer) . width (integer) . rememberposition (boolean) . showmenu (boolean) . windowtitle (string) . stayontop (boolean) . statusbar (boolean) . addressbar (boolean) . menubar (boolean) . resizable (boolean) . scrollbars (boolean) . titlebar (boolean) . showtoc (boolean) . othermeta Although this information may appear to belong with output processing, it can also be argued it belongs to the map, because it defines the way the user can interact with and navigate through the output.
