Thanks for those suggestions, Mary. I have some practical questions coming out of this discussion. It is still not clear to me where such an Errata page itself would be posted. Would it also be at docs.oasis-open.org/dita/? Is there a suggested template to follow for its look and feel? Would I need to ask you to replace the document at that location as we provide new CD file updates?
