reminder: TC vote on constraints and topic-domain unification tomorrow
Hi, Esteemed TC:
I'm just sending a reminder that tomorrow's meeting is scheduled to vote on the proposals for increasing specialization flexibility:

Adds support for customizations of content models and restrictions on domain inclusion that preserve interoperability.
(Recognizes safe changes and declares them for processors.)

Improves sharing and reuse of vocabularies so the same element can be used for the same content in all contexts.
Please consider whether the proposed designs meets the requirements and whether, in your view, the benefits outweigh the costs (including the aggregate complexity of DITA as a whole).
