1.2 Issue: Should href be required on ?
I also have a design that uses images by keyref.
Please make @href optional for image!
BTW, because I was forced to provide an href and working in a
link-managing CMS that throws errors for null value link attributes, I
was pointing to an "error" image, and it *is* silly!
