If it is a simple feature, the implementation may only require that we create or update the DTDs, XSDs, and related files, post a zip with the updates on the TC Web site, and get a couple of folks to install and try them out. In any case we should always require that new or updated DTDs, XDSs, and specification topics be available before any new or updated feature is finally accepted for inclusion in a particular version of the DITA spec. -Jeff >
