keeping Latest DITA 1.2 draft uploads up to date
Who is responsible for keeping "Latest DITA 1.2 draft uploads" at
http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita/FrontPage#LatestDITA1.2draftuploads
up to date? I think it's important to do so, because otherwise
people will be downloading already obsolete specs and schemas.
I believe the latest XSDs are from Eric's email of Mar 4 at
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201003/msg00009.html
and the latest DTDs are from Robert's email of Jan 21 at
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/201001/msg00157.html
but I could be wrong.
I don't understand why this wiki mentions Feb 19, 2010 for the
DTDs; the link in the wiki points to dtd1.2-20100121.zip Details
and that page no where has a Feb 19 date.
