DITA 1.2 spec for tomorrow's vote

I have a conflict and have to miss today's telcon, but if email
votes are allowed, I vote to release the current DITA 1.2 spec as a Committee
Draft with much thanks to our intrepid editors.

Remember
that we will be voting on whether to release the current DITA 1.2 spec as
Committee Draft 01. I've uploaded CHM and XHTML versions to Kavi; the DITA
source and PDF will come later today.


We will be voting on the XHTML version, which is the authoritative version. The
"index page" is DITA1.2-spec.html.
