QUESTION 5 is probably there to get a better overview of the collaboration involved in creating the DITA content? To get a more homogeneous answer from all participants, we suggest to add a few answering categories to question 5 (e.g.):

 

Technical writers involved ___

Translators/languages involved ___

Subject Matter Experts (for review/commenting/approval) involved ___

Other (please specify)___

Thanks for sharing this.

 

I have one suggestion. Under size of company, I'd add an "under 50" category. It seems like 200 is a pretty high cut-off for small companies.

 

Also, I generated a PDF from the page. Since it's very small (23k), I attached it to this message in case anyone wants to use that.

Here is the collected feedback I remember:
 

1. Please remove demographic questions and replace with an optional  field to insert the eMail in case the person answering the survey wants to be contacted
2. Please add additional Industries, on the word we had, you can add additional industries:
3. pharmaceutical
4. semiconductor
5. public services
6. software
7. manufacture
8. banking
9. computer hardware
10. military
11. medical equipment
12. health care
13. I think there was also a proposal to have a matrix type question that allows to specify the use case per DITA 1.2 chapter.

That is all I have noted.
