Kristen, The questions were about placement of examples found in the Stage 2. I did not include them in Stage 3 proposal but Deb had indicated it was a question in general vs. holding up the proposal. I agree that there should be examples and maybe it is as simple as adding them to the section. In fact, now looking at it, I think that is where an additional example should go.
