RE subjectScheme -- The point raised was using <mapresources> to reference a subjectScheme map, no adding <subjectScheme> to the enhanced bookmap. The latter is not an option. The way the shell is setup you will never see bookmapresources in a drop down menu in an XML editor. It’s there for specializers. The markup below is correct.
