Requesting reviewers (or reminders) for stage 3 proposal for removing xtrf / xtrc

Looking back at meeting notes, I don't think I got any volunteers to review my stage 3 proposal for removing @xtrf and @xtrc. The vote to move this to stage the was done while I was on my cell phone away from a computer - it's possible I got volunteers but didn't manage to update the github issue to list them. If you volunteered, or if you are willing to volunteer, could you please let me know and I will send you the draft? For what it's worth ... I believe this one is about as trivial as stage 3 proposals can get... Thanks, Robert D.
