Issue 18 Stage 3: make filter attributes into domain modules

I've completed the stage 3 proposal for making @audience, @platform, @product, and @otherprops into specializations, and integrated review feedback from Deb and Dawn. MarkMail, a mailing-list search service launched by MarkLogic in 2007 as a showcase for its XML full-text search engine, indexed these OASIS archives for many years. It was retired in 2024 following MarkLogic’s acquisition by Progress Software; markmail.org is offline and any markmail.org links in archived messages are no longer functional.
