Review of element reference topics, 09-16 November 201: All ready to go!
OK, I rebuilt the DITAweb review, and the basic topic elements now appear.
Please review the PDF, and then add your comments to DITAweb.
DITAweb does not use our stylesheets, and so the formatting can be confusing.
For example, figure titles are not prefixed with Figure X .
