Changes from DITA 1.3 to DITA 2.0 -- What do we want in the spec?

Dawn had an action item (COMPLETED!) to draft content for the spec topic about “Changes from DITA 1.3 to 2.0,” and she compiled the DITA topics that I built into the attached PDF. I think the content will be very helpful for both the spec topic AND the “Migrating to DITA 2.0” committee note. At this time, let’s think about what we want in the spec. Traditionally, this topic has been in the appendix and provided a quick, high-level overview of the changes from the previous to the current version of DITA: Changes from DITA 1.2 to DITA 1.3 Changes from DITA 1.1 to DITA 1.2 Changes from DITA 1.0 to DITA 1.1 As our first backwards NOT compatible release, DITA 2.0 is a different beast. How do we want to cover it in the spec?
