Review B: A PDF of the review content AND some places we need help.

Attached is a PDF that I just generated from the Content Fusion review. It includes the draft comments that Eliot added, as well as my responses. To find the draft comments, search on “Comment by”. Some information about how the draft comments are rendered in the PDF: I also want to draw people’s attention to the following areas where we want reviewers’ help: The “Concept” and “Reference” topics that are children of “Topic and map document types”. These are the high-level overviews, and it’s important that they are solid topics with good examples. (And we need new examples for these topics …) We need a new example for <refbodydiv>. We need a new example for <reference>. Remember that the “Attributes” content is included so that key references are resolved, but it’s not part of the review. This is a good review for folks new to the TC to participate in, if you are familiar with concept and reference topics. And also remember that participation in reviews ensures that you are listed in the “Acknowledgments” for the spec!
