Take a full book. Rather than a title page, I often find
a cover (similar to titlepage, less content)
frontmatter
   title
   pubdate
   legalnotice
   publisher
     pubname
     pubaddress
   page-break
   legalnotice (2nd one - trademark acknowledgements)
   credits
   authorblurb (about the authors)

  then toc.
