DOCBOOK-APPS: DSSSL V1.70, <answer><para> completely in 'bold'

Applying plain DocBook DSSSL Stylesheets V1.70 on an article with
with <qandaset><qandadiv><qandaentry> tags the first <para> of an 
<answer> in 'print' output is rendered completely in 'bold'. 
The second and following <para>s show up correct in 'normal'.

In older stylesheet versions (tested at least in V1.64) only the
label of the <answer> ('A:') was rendered in bold. 

I submitted already a bug report at sourceforge (#426745) including
a small test file.

PS: I just noticed that also the <para> of the <question> renders 
    in 'bold' which I forgot to mention in the bug report.
