DSSSL support for `biblioid'

Hello,

I am using DocBook 4.2 and docbook-dsssl-1.78.

I am trying to include a URL in a `biblioentry', and tried this
inside the `biblioentry':

<biblioid class="uri">
   <ulink url="http://cocoa.dima.unige.it/">
      http://cocoa.dima.unige.it/
   </ulink>
</biblioid>

I find that this has no effect.  Grepping the DSSSL stylesheets
seems to indicate that `biblioid' is not supported in
docbook-dsssl-1.78.

Any help on getting `biblioid' to work with DSSSL is appreciated.
