In your generated output I see:

 <tr>
          <td colspan="2"><span class="bold EMPHASIS c3">Class 00 —
          Successful Completion</span></td>
        </tr>

It's just matter of CSS rule like

td .EMPHASIS { font-size: 140%; }

to make such labels more visible.
