This draft just updates a few things we've discussed:

  - xs:any added to <InputDocuments>, so it's extensible to, e.g., 
<DocumentURI>

  - Rules for options / outputs clarified:
    - can appear in any order
    - options SHOULD have a default (not must)
    - servers can return outputs that aren't explicitly requested (looking 
at the minutes, I just realized that this was supposed to be raised to the 
list..  Well, if anyone objects, speak now... :-)

  - a dss:NameType is added, for <ClaimedIdentity> and <IntendedAudience>, 
and probably Requestor Identity, when we get there.

  - Flagged the issue of renaming Options to something else, for further 
discussion.
