This document shows two ways to organize and format the
non-normative-informational section that provides the processing rules for
each CAP v1.1 IPAWS Profile Element in each IPAWS Exchange Partner System.
This document is intended for illustrative purposes for the subcommittee to
consider for deciding upon the issue of whether such a section is needed
and how to organize and format the information within such a section.
