We came across your contact information on the OASIS website and are hoping either you or someone within the OASIS committee, would be able to point us in the right direction: Are there any organizations or resources available that compile lists of organizations that send CAP alerts? We’ve been able to find IPAWS-specific alert originators, however, we are looking for CAP-specific originators, such as local or state CAP alert originators that pushes alerts out to public “subscribers but are not necessarily emergency alerts.
