Hi Everyone, I have attached the very short overview of the OASIS Committee Note Process that I took as an Action. There are two agenda items that should be included from this. 1. We should see if we are agreed to ask OASIS for guidance with a possible separate, referenced and referenceable spreadsheet document of the terms that are included as a tabular Section of the Committee Note. Having our future contributors download and modify such a document would prevent us from needing to issue subsequent versions of the Committee Note more frequently than is workable given our volunteer status. 2. We should decide whether we want to have public reviews of this document as part of the process. It is not required for a Non Standards Track Document.
