Submitter's message Uploaded an updated version of HAVE 2.1 schema that merges/integrates elements and types from HAVE 1.0 schema. I urge all interested members to review and comment on the changes and additions; especially the additions of elements and types brought forward from the original HAVE 1.0 schema.
