Rex -

CAP 1.1 was reported out of subcommittee a while back, and Elysa's 
hard at work putting the TC's edits into a draft for TC adoption and 
then public comment.

So far the EDXL work has been retained at the TC level... in order, I 
suspect, to get the maximum number of eyeballs on the problem.  I'd 
suggest that it might be more forward-looking to compare GJXDM 
vocabulary with that proposed for the EDXL Routing Block, which is 
more detailed than CAP and with which we hope to integrate CAP at 
version 2.0 anyway.  But technically speaking I'm not sure the 
Messaging SC actually has anything on its agenda right now.
