Press release to announce OASIS EI MS

OASIS EI MS Steering Committee: Please review the draft press release (attached in both OpenDocument and Acrobat formats), and send me your edits. I'm hoping we can get more members to affiliate with the MS before we issue this release, since the press will be looking for evidence of stakeholder buy-in. Hopefully, we can add to the list at http://www.oasis-emergency.org/members. Please also take a moment to review the MS web site, particularly the About and FAQ pages, and send me your feedback. I want to be sure those pages project an accurate and compelling picture of the MS and encourage participation.
