Hi Patti, Thanks for the update. I understand there is quite a bit left to actually be done on the mapping but was just wondering if we knew enough that there wouldn’t be changes to TEP. We left TEP as a Committee Specification just one step prior to OASIS Standard Organizational review and vote. It appears the TEP CS has had 426 downloads, so people are getting access to it and that was my concern. I have checked with Chet and learned that it is fine to publicize a CS level document prior to Standard ratification. While I believe we have worked out the “how” of what I think are all of the tough mapping issues, there are still a large quantity of mappings that need to be detailed and documented. The few of us active on the TEP SC have had very little or no time available to tackle the pending mappings in the last few weeks, so we aren’t as far along as I was hoping to be at this point. While I have not seen any “show stopper” mapping issues to date, my preference would be to wait until the mapping is complete to advance TEP. If others disagree, I can support advancing it as it currently stands. Given that y’all are down to the last few remaining items, it is time to consider advancing the TEP document? I recall we left it on hold in case the effort of building the transformation spec might highlight changes we needed for TEP. We also have the statements of use completed, so if there are no changes, we could begin the standard ratification process. Thoughts?
