Subject: Code List Governance and Management Tiger Team Participation
All – A tiger team is currently being put together to
define a strategy for code list governance and management. The tiger team
will consist of a 3-5 member core team and have 4-6 working group sessions
(approximately 2 hrs each).
The goals of the tiger team include:
- Define the problem space
- Develop an as-is view of
code lists
- Develop code list
reporting requirements
- Communicate value
proposition and benefits
- Develop a vetted solution
(strategy) for code list governance and management
- Define process definitions
and templates
- Develop metadata
requirements
- Plan for
Implementation/Migration
Please let us know if you would be interested in
participating as a core team member or on an intermittent (task-specific)
basis.
