Subject: Code List Governance and Management Tiger Team Participation

All – A tiger team is currently being put together to define a strategy for code list governance and management.  The tiger team will consist of a 3-5 member core team and have 4-6 working group sessions (approximately 2 hrs each).

The goals of the tiger team include:

  1. Define the problem space
  2. Develop an as-is view of code lists
  3. Develop code list reporting requirements
  4. Communicate value proposition and benefits
  5. Develop a vetted solution (strategy) for code list governance and management
  6. Define process definitions and templates
  7. Develop metadata requirements
  8. Plan for Implementation/Migration

Please let us know if you would be interested in participating as a core team member or on an intermittent (task-specific) basis.

Thank you.
